Owner Principal

Margaret Teinert-Ross RID, IIDA, FMA

Margaret Teinert-Ross is a professional Interior Designer, registered in the State of Texas, with an impressive 38-year track record in interior design planning and furniture. Her expertise spans a diverse range of projects, including commercial ventures, healthcare facilities, and large-scale employers. Early in her career, she contributed to the interior design and installation coordination services for medical facilities at Healthcare Design Associates in Austin, specializing in commercial interiors, dental offices, and radio stations.

Her professional journey continued at Motorola providing specialized facilities interior design and space planning services for office spaces and cleanrooms. In July of 1997, Margaret founded Facilities Resource, Inc., assuming the role of owner and Principal-in-Charge. Within the company, she dedicates her focus to ongoing facilities management support services, office design, workspace management, contract office furniture and dealership services, relocation coordination, and move management. Margaret’s wealth of experience and leadership has significantly contributed to the success and highly regarded reputation of FRI today.
