Owner Principal

Margaret Teinert-Ross RID, IIDA, FMA

Margaret Teinert-Ross is a registered Texas Interior Designer with more than 40 years of experience in workplace planning, commercial interiors, and contract office furniture solutions. Her career includes designing for healthcare, corporate, and high-tech clients—including Motorola—where she specialized in creating efficient, functional spaces that support productivity and innovation.

In 1997, she founded Facilities Resource, Inc., where she serves as Owner and Principal-in-Charge. Margaret leads with a commitment to thoughtful design, precise execution, and lasting client relationships. Her leadership has positioned FRI as a trusted partner known for delivering creative solutions, managing complex projects, and elevating the workplace experience for organizations across Texas.
