Margaret is a licensed Commercial Interior Designer in Texas with over 40 years of expertise in planning, space management, and furniture solutions for commercial, healthcare, and large-scale facilities. Her work spans every aspect of design and project execution—from space planning and interior detailing to installation oversight. Known for creating functional, efficient, and performance-driven environments, her portfolio includes corporate offices, medical centers, clean rooms, and high-tech workspaces. In 1997, Margaret founded Facilities Resource, Inc. and continues to serve as Principal-in-Charge. Under her leadership, FRI has become a trusted partner for integrated workplace solutions, providing interior design, space planning, contract furniture, facilities management, move coordination, and project execution. She is recognized for her strategic vision and commitment to delivering client-focused solutions that support the evolving needs of today’s workplaces.
